your home on the market, I take a tour of your property. This is my
opportunity to help you see your home through the eyes of a potential buyer.

marketing of a home has moved far beyond a For Sale sign in the yard and the
occasional ad in the Sunday paper. Today's homebuyers demand immediate,
24-hour access via the Internet, a demand I meet by showcasing your home on
two different websites and through many of the major search engines like
Yahoo!, Google, and MSN's HomeAdvisor.

Communication is essential. We know that you have a significant investment

mind, we prepare a weekly service report detailing everything from the types
of marketing we're doing, to what the agent who showed your home on Saturday
had to say about his buyer's interest, the price and even the condition. We
also continually update you on general market conditions, who your
competition is, and what kind of activity they're receiving. I encourage you
to call at any time if you have questions or concerns.

Is your house vacant? In those
instances, we go a step further, visiting your home on a weekly basis to
pick up cards left by showing agents, and to ensure your peace of mind by
checking to make sure the property stays in good condition.
